Plan the timing
Arrange your clean after your belongings are moved out where possible. Empty rooms and clear surfaces are easier to clean thoroughly.
Remember the less obvious spaces
Discuss ovens, cupboards, windows and other areas that may need additional work. Agree on what is included in the quote.
Allow time for the handover
Book early enough to avoid a rushed handover. Keep in mind that cleaning services cannot decide or guarantee the return of a tenancy bond.
